At ASAP Vending, we understand that you might want some clarification and reassurance about our free vending services before making decision to contact us. That is completely fair. So we collated the most frequently asked questions by Management to help you a little:
1. Do I need to sign a contract with ASAP Vending and what are the conditions?
No, we advocate a contract-free partnership. We are confident that you will love our vending machine and our friendly, timely, and professional free vending service.
2. What will the vending machine cost our business?
We provide our premium vending machines free of charge as part of our all-inclusive vending services. The only running cost is that of electricity (i.e., running a fridge).
3. Is there a delivery charge?
No. ASAP Vending will pay this expense.
4. Are there any service costs for the business?
Our all-inclusive vending service is free. ‘All-inclusive’ means that:
- we provide a fully stocked vending machine to your organisation, and
- we conduct regular site visits to restock the machine and service the machine.
All you need to do is to enjoy this complimentary service and treat our machine with respect.
5. Do I need to call when stock is running low or the machine malfunctions?
Generally, no. We have software that allows us to remotely monitor both the stock and the status of the machine, so having our machine on your premises will require little attention from you or your staff. In any case, our contact details will be clearly displayed.
