By using the services provided by ASAP Vending, including the use of our vending machines rent free, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

ASAP Vending offers vending machines on a rent-free basis to businesses and organisations within Australia (Gold Coast to Brisbane). These machines are provided to enhance your workplace environment by offering snacks, drinks, and other vending options.

2. Eligibility

You must be a business or organisation located in Australia to be eligible to rent a vending machine from ASAP Vending. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of your business or organisation.

3. Rental Agreement

• No Cost Rental: Our vending machines are complimentary, provided on a rent-free basis. You will not be required to pay rental fees, but you must agree to maintain the machine in good condition and free from misuse, and allow ASAP Vending to service it periodically.
• Maintenance & Refills: We will ensure that the machines are stocked and maintained as needed. Any requests for specific products or machine malfunctions should be reported via our contact form on this website (under ‘Contact’). We can also be contacted directly via email or a phone (details below).

4. Usage and Responsibilities

• Installation and Placement: ASAP Vending will work with you to determine the most suitable location for the vending machine. You are responsible for providing adequate space and ensuring the location complies with all applicable regulations.
• Care and Maintenance: You are responsible for ensuring the vending machine is not damaged or misused. Any damage or malfunction caused by misuse or neglect may result in charges for repairs or replacement.
• Access for Servicing: You must provide ASAP Vending access to the premises for maintenance, restocking, or servicing the vending machine during regular business hours (unless other time arrangement is agreed to).

5. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Use the vending machines for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purposes
• Tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair the vending machines yourself
• Engage in any activities that may damage the reputation or integrity of ASAP Vending

6. Liability and Indemnity

ASAP Vending is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the vending machines. You agree to indemnify ASAP Vending from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the services.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

ASAP Vending may collect personal information through the contact form, such as your name and email address, for the purpose of providing the requested services. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

8. Termination of Services

ASAP Vending does not impose the need for a contract, which means that both parties can terminate the service. ASAP Vending reserves the right to terminate the provision of vending machines or services at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or when the machine is underperforming. In the event of termination from your end, you must give ASAP Vending reasonable notice (minimum 2 weeks) to ensure the removal of the vending machine can be arranged.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. You are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to the rental of vending machines or the services provided by ASAP Vending will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
